Is Facial Tingling Withdrawal Symptom Of Venlafaxine?

I was put on Venlafaxine 37.5mg Am and PM: coping with care for my elderly Mother who argued everything! I have taken 28 tablets only once a day PM; because I am very sensitive to even OTC meds. I stopped the med. 8 days ago. I do not want to take drugs of any kind unless for BP, Cholesterol, type lowering, as needed. I live at 5200 ft went to sea level three days, returned home, and immediately felt VERY sick when exiting the car. Felt I could vomit never did. had tingling up my face, still do but a bit less. Took my BP 136/86, P 86. Next day was down to my normal 121/63. P 67. I can not find information stating these symptoms as withdrawal symptoms. My question is : is this withdrawal what I am experiencing. ? (My Dr out of the country, on call Dr I dont care for.) THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXPERTISE AND TIME

venlafaxine is known to cause withdrawal symptoms or rather drug discontinuation symptoms.
In my opinion, your tingling is due to abrupt stopping of the drug.
restart your drug and withdraw only under his supervision.
