Is Excessive Hunger Symptom Of Pregnancy?

My name is divya and my age is 21.mam i had sex with my boy friend almost 11 days earlier.Although he was using the condom but for a while he penetrated just once without condom and then took that out.HE was not confirm that there was a pre-ejaculation or not and after that we had sex almost 7 times but during these days i am feeling food carving,I began to think about eat something through out the day.Is it because of having sex(some harmonal changes)?Now i am really very scared because food carving is an early symptom of pregnancy however there are not any other symptom of pregnancy such as nausea,darkness around nipells ,fatigue etc.
Am i pregnant?My periods would come after 10 or 12 days.Is the abortion pills can be taken in so early stage to abort the child?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As such you have history of unprotected sex act. If this episode was in the fertile period of cycle, means between day 10 to 20 of the cycle , then you have chance to get pregnant.

3 ) Usually, in situation like this when you or your partner have doubt about pre ejaculation secretions and unprotected sex act, then I usually suggest to take emergency contraceptive pill, within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act. This helps to prevent the pregnancy in 95 % cases.

4 ) If this time frame is not feasible, then you need to wait for your expected date of the cycle. If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

For emergency contraceptive pill and medication for pregnancy termination, please seek prescription support from your treating doctor.

6 ) please get proper sex counselling done. Use of suitable contraceptive method like condom, will help you to prevent the unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
