I read your question carefully and I understand your concern. There is a possibility for Finax to be a cause for sexual dysfunction in around 3.8% of the cases. However that effect is reversible. At times it reverses even when therapy is continued at times it recuperates after the therapy is interrupted. So there is no cause for you to have sexual dysfunction anymore due to Finax, perhaps it was the the cause at the beginning and now the anxiety it caused is affecting your performance. So don t try to rush into other medication, you could try counseling first. I hope to have been of help.
