hi! m nisha , first of all i like to introduce myself & abt ma health, i m very thin girl so , all of our friends teas me bcos of ma thin... so, afterwords ma 1 friend told me to u endura massa 500g daily inorder to gain fate & weight so, know i using same for last 2 month

I would not recommend any weight gainers in the market to my patients. Increasing weight and putting on extra muscles can be achieved by a positive calorie diet. Here you need to consume more amount of calories than you require. You can achieve it by increasing the consumption. Go for good sources like oats, sprouted seeds that are good in proteins and avoid excessive consumption of fatty foods.
Regarding endura mass, I would never recommend it to my patients because of two reasons
1) It contains soy protein. Soy protein may have some kind of hormonal effect that is not at all desirable.
2) They are called as nutritional supplements and never tested far enough for their safety. So, you can never assure anyone of their safety.
