Is Endometrial Thickness Of 4 Mm A Cause For Concern?

Hello doctor, i am 51.10m old, my lmp is 24 august 2o15, before that was in august 8, 2o14. before that were after 7 months, i am worried that is this postmenopausal bleeding or perimenopause, i did my usg tvs, the endometrium thickness is 4mm. what should i do, is this ok, or i go for furthure investigation. and if again i have menses after few months its normal or i worry. kindly address my issues. thanks

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have vaginal bleeding. In peri menopausal period there is irregularities in cycles and irregular bleeding occur. Your endometrial thickness is normal and nothing to worry. But you should go for endometrial biopsy or D & C once to rule outother causes Thrn you shshould treatment accordingly.
