Is eating to much desert bad for health ?

I really LOVE eating dessert, but don't know if I should eat it..please tell me if I can!!!! Can someone please give me an opinion/answer. I am a 19 year old female. 5'5. and 123 pounds. I work out 6 days a week (3 weights/3 cardio). I eat mainly all organic. (no hydrogenated oils, or high- fructose corn-syrups). I have been eating 2 desserts per week, but would love to eat 3-4 per week. Could I eat 3-4 desserts per week without gaining weight?? I LOVE dessert so much and hate that I don't eat it. PLEASE give me an honest opinion/answer. Thank you.

It's not bad to have desserts once everyweekend, just watch how much desserts you take in

If you work out 5x a day 30mins a workout, you should be good with dessert

I'm not gonna lie, I used to eat dessert everyday but that changed when I went to the military =]
