Is Eating A Expired Raw Egg Harmful For The Health?
I ate a raw egg ( egg white only ) for my protien shake a month overdue, what do I do? 43 yrs. old... 5 8 med. History.. no major issues, some allergic reactions to some foods such as iodine, cantaloupe, and pollen seasonal allergies (Phoenix, AZ.).

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that now you have ate this raw part and wait for symptoms to appear this may be or may not be likely at the most this would increase the acid secretion and vomiting and this need to be manage accordingly, hope this information helps you take care and have a nice day.
