Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic. Duphaston basically has progesterone which is of Paramount importance in continuation of pregnancy. It is routinely prescribed drug and is safe for both mother and baby. The treatment given to you is adequate and appropriate so keep taking it regularly at scheduled intervals. Success in these treatments is related to various factors and out of those factors most important is the type and dose of the drugs used. I wish you best of luck. Take care.
