Is Drinking Twice A Week Unhealthy For Someone Over 50 With Low BP?

hello i use to drink everyday and now i only drink on friday and saturday i take meds for my blood pressure now i get dizzy when i stand up i get dizzy i just got a new thing to take my blood pressure and im down to 104/64 is that bad my age is 54 and im over weight

It is good that you have reduced the days that you drink. Though you only drink on Friday and Saturday, the amount that you use on those days would be important;

Drop in blood pressure on standing is called postural hypotension and there are different possible causes.
Postural hypotension would cause dizziness on standing.
