Is Doing A Laser Treatment For Eyes Cause Any Problems?

I am a gal,23 yrs old. I have -(5.5) power in both eyes.Recently it has increased from 5 to 5.5.. I am using soft contact lenses for the past 8 yrs. I am thinking of going for lasik..Can i do it now without the power getting constant? If i do it now, what will be the adverse effect?

You can go for lasik after 3years.Do it after 3years there will be very less side effect. You have to accept normal side effect like posterior corneal dystrophy,which is still under study.
