Is Dizziness Related To Posterior Vitreous Detachment In The Eye?

Dear doctor, I have been told I have posterior vitreous detachment in my left eye after a slit lamp examination . I now suffer dizziness , is that related to the condition or something else? I have graves thyroid diseaes and my left eye is also somewhat protoptic.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the ophthalmic condition and what the symptoms of dizziness given here are not related with each other, even the thyroid disease is not connected with each other, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could be thought hope this information helps.
