Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You say that you have just started to take niacin (1000 mg) for 4 hours now. It could be great if you could explain why you have been advised to take niacin. This will help understand your current health situation better.

Dizziness, itching, soar, weakness and very irritated skin you are experiencing are side effects of taking high doses of niacin. Skin irritation is due to release of prostaglandins by niacin.

Vaginal bleeding could be due to menstrual cycle.

I advise not to use niacin anymore, and report these side effects to the doctor who prescribed it to you.

Hope this helps.
