Is Dizziness Due To Low Blood Pressure Level?

Recently started Berbaine supplement, am a type 2 diabetic. On metformin 500 mg a day, cozaar 50 1 x a day and zocar 20mg 1 x a day. Blood sugar today and most of the week has been 100 to 123 fasting. 2hr pp has been 130 the highest. Now today I am really dizzy. Have cut my metformin to 250 mg a day but am wondering if my b/p is really low, and should I cut the cozaar in half?

Yes, due to low BP some gets dizziness. But before adjusting the medicine dosage it is mandatory to check your Blood pressure once.
