Is Dizziness And Constricted Pupils A Sign Of Meniere's Syndrome?

My husband suddenly became dizzy this morning at work, and now his pupils are constricted. No other problems (ie. breathing, heart rythym, etc.) He is a non-smoker, non-drinker, and a healthy weight (not overweight). Is this possibly Meniere's syndrome? (sp?)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your husband looking to the history given here I could say that this is not the "Meniere's disease" because constriction of pupil of your husband is not the sole criteria for this, again if your husband feels dizzy then other clinical sign and symptoms are necessary instead of examine the pupils, take care and have a nice day.
