Is Dizziness After Climbing Stairs A Cause For Concern In A Normally Healthy Person?

Hi, just curious. I am a relatively fit 46 year old male. Play squash (hour sessions) twice a week, cycle twice a week (minimum of 2 hourly sessions), and spin in the gym at least twice a week. However when I walk up a long staircase , by the time I am at the top I am so dizzy I feel like I am going to pass out? Any advice? Thanks
