Is Discomfort While Walking, Turning And Coughing After Colon Surgery Normal?

Had colon surgery about 10 weeks ago. It was done laproscopically with about a 4 inch incision in center to remove intestines. Have a hard knot to right of incision and considerable discomfort in the area, but more so about another inch or so to right and up abit. Coughing is uuncomfortable, and most movement, walking or turning, etc.

This is normal. It will go away. Avoid straining or coughing voilently. Otherwise its just a sequelae of the abdominal surgery you had
