Dear as said by you your mother has uneasiness and discomfort . In post angioplasty patients that is in a patient who has cardiac risk factors this should be taken seriously . It is very suggestive of ischemic pathology .although she is on full medicine for ischemic heart disease but still we have to take it seriously and rule out altho dnb fresh episode of ischemia . Apart from this the fall that you describe if this is the cause this will produce pain not discomfort and uneasiness . And this pain will increase on applying pressure . So I don't think this as case of musculoskeletal pain . their is high possibly of fresh ischemic episodes by blockade in any other arteries . But if angiography shows no lesions and ecg is ok we can consider this as a side effect of various drugs.each of them can cause mild degree of gastritis . Propranolol can cause uneasiness . All this should ba taken in to consideration.hope this will help.
