Is Digestion More Difficult Without A Gallbladder?

good day, i just found out that after laparoscopy procedure done to me last dec. 29, 2010, i stoped drinking beer for a month and a half then from then on, i'm back on my habbits (alcohol-beer). My food intake is normal but my question is, it says that your digestion would be harder w/o the gallblader...is it? Well anyways, it made me think that if i can ask for a digestion pills to help my digestion better. i know that the bile helps digesting foods especially fatty ones but w/o my Gblader to help it secretes the bile,is my food intake would be less digestable? pls help. i dont want to have problems in the future regarding my liver-blader or bile productuion. thanks much!

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, person can do well even without the gallbladder as long as the digestion function is concern, balance diet is good, digestive dysfunction is pretty common even with the person not removed the gallbladder, but of course alcohol may disturb the digestion function, hope this information helps.
