Is Diet Causing Weakness And Tiredness?

I had my blood test done. Everything was fine. However i always feel tired and feel like i am going to pass out. I realize I only drink about 20oz of water a day and eat about 14-1500 calories a day. Im 22 and 148 pounds. Could feeling weak and tired all the time be caused by this

In the run up to take whole food, are you cheating yourself? Are you having low nutrition food? Tirednes could be due to iron deficiency. But blood test says no.
