Is Diarrhea With Rectal Bleeding And Pain Due To Piles?

Hi doctor. This is xxx.When I was going bowel movement most of time watery and last 3 days after stools its bleeding and blood is very dark. Now a days am getting back pain also.I guess its starting stages piles how can I identify external and internal piles. Please advise me do s and don t.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of diarrhea and rectal bleeding with dark color and back pain also.
Since the blood is dark, it is unlikely to be due to piles, there can be something higher up and you can not really do anything about this as you have to follow this advice:
Consult a Gastroenterologist.
Get colonoscopy and anoproctoscopy done.
This will give the cause of the bleeding and pain and diarrhea.
Get the stool and other tests of blood and urine done too.
Once the diagnosis is made you will have to follow the advise of the Doctor.
Till then have plenty of oral fluids. Mild laxative if you have constipation.
