On monday i found out that i have got chlamydia and gonorrhea, they treated me for it on the same day but i am having after effects of getting yellow discharge and it kinda smells. i also have been getting diarrhea but i have been told that can happen.

Yes, both are correct, and you need to be patient and wait till antibiotics start to work. Also, antibiotics can cause diarrheas called pseudomembranous colitis, and in this case, you ll need metronidazole in therapy.
