I am 32 weeks pregnant. completing 32 weeks tomoro. had a scan yesterday. BPD showing 31.6 weeks, AC- 28.7 weeks and FL 28.4 weeks. EFW 1366g. in a previous scan 4 weeks ago, the deviations of BPD and AC were similar, and the doctor felt it might be IUGR. do the current measures suggest IUGR?

Hi,
Yes, as the AC is showing lesser gestational age than BPD, there is some possibility for IUGR.
Better to go for doppler ultrasound and investigations like blood pressure, blood sugar estimations, thyroid profile etc, to find out the cause of IUGR and take treatment accordingly.
Take care.
