Is Depo Shot Unhealthy?
I ve been on the Depo shot for about half a year. I ve read about other women experiencing the same problem while on the Depo shot. I was wondering if this is unhealthy or I should contact my gyno right away. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. Ive been with the same guy for a month shy of a year. We are not rough and only have sex once a week.

Unfortunately you have failed to mention which side effect of the depo shot you are talking about. If you are talking about menstrual irregularities,yes this is one of the most common side effect, and if you are experiencing this or any other side effect please report to your prescribing doctor at the earliest.
