Is Delayed Periods With Abdominal Pain Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I m 22yrs old. Married before 3months. From the last 3months my periods getting late for 36 to 38 days until marriage my periods are regular at 30 or 31 days. Im trying to get pregnant. And my last periods date is 9th but still i didnt get my periods. Im having abdoman pain for a week asusual how it will pain before marriage. I never used birth control methods. Pl advice whether am conceived or i have some health issue.

Hi..if you have missed your periods this cycle first of all get a urine pregnancy test done at home by self..if positive, well and good..proceed further with transvaginal ultrasound and other antenatal investigations..if not, get a serum tsh ( to rule out thyroid disorder) ,serum prolactin (to rule out hyperprolactinemia) and a transvaginal ultrasound ( to look for polycystic ovaries), keep menstrual charting and take syrup menoreg or syp evecare or syp divaz ( whichever available easily) 2 tsf twice a day for 3 months..get the treatment accordingly..
