Hallow Dear,

When your intercourses are covered by I-pill within 72 hours, you are well protected from the pregnancy. However, repeated I-pills in the same cycle is not advisable and their action is questionable. If you are having so frequent sexual relations, I would advise you to adopt reliable methods of contraception like birth control pills, condom or intrauterine device regularly.

I-pill contains Levonorgestrel. After its consumption, it has following after effects:

1. Few days after consumption of the pill, some bleeding may occur which is not an issue of concern.

2. The following menses are delayed by few days to a week due to raised hormonal levels. You have consumed the pills twice, so even if you are not pregnant, your menses will get delayed by more than a week.

Moreover, only two of your unprotected intercourses were covered by I-pill; rest 3-4 intercourses were uncovered by I-pill. So there is a possibility of pregnancy.

However, now it is about a month that your menses are delayed. So the best option for you is to get either pregnancy test on urine done or to go for Beta hCG test. Even at this stage, ultrasonography can give you direct visual evidence of the pregnancy.

If any or all these tests reveal that you are not pregnant, then you may take some progestational preparation like Deviry for 5 days and you will get withdrawal bleeding within 4-7 days.

I hope this clarifies your doubts.
