Is Delayed Menstruation A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Well my first day of my last period was on June 26. And I was suppose to start my period on the 22 of July but ididnt and now I m 5 days late and took three test and one came out positive but the second line was light and so I took the other two and the both came out positive with both line showing but today I been having lower abdomen pain and I feel like throwing up but I can t .. I am I pregnant or if my period just late ?? Please help

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Delayed period is one of the sign of pregnancy. As per the details of the test result you have mentioned, it is inconclusive.
But some of the other symptoms you are telling suspects you could be pregnant.
When urine test is not definitive, best is to go in for Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Scan (TVS). It will tell you about the status more clearly. You can also get your serum HCG levels checked.
You can next consult Obstretician with reports for advise.
