Is Cyclopam, An Alternative For Buscopan?

Hi I am currently in hyderabad for a 3months business trip. Due to food, i get some uneasyness in stomach. Usually i use buscopan tablet and one tab will suffice for me.

But now i am unable to get in local stores here and they gave me a cyclopam. Is both are one and same.? if else please provide an alternative for buscopan.

Hi,

I appreciate your concern, here the abdomen symptoms matters a lot. If it is the colicky abdomen pain then one can have the antispasmodic lime "Cyclopam or Buscopan". If it is not the pain and just discomfort (Dyspepsia ) then it may be self limiting or Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone can be taken. Now as long as the antispasmodic are concern Dicyclomine is drug of choice (Cyclopam) and it can be tried.
