Is Cramps With Nausea A Side Effect Of Cipla Pills For Abortion?

I was 4weeks pregnant but I don't want this child right now so I took cipla abortion pills but after 24 hours also no bleeding or my period started . Now m suffering from stomach cramps and nausea and leg pain . Is that somthing gone wrong? M I still pregnant please help me

Understand your concern
Yes nausea , cramps and leg pain are side effects of abortion pills. It should be used after evaluation of pregnancy under medical surveillance of gynecologist to prevent complication. Normally bleeding will start with in 30-45 minutes after using pill and last for 3-5 days. But in your case no bleeding means abortion is not started. You should wait for 2-3 days for bleeding, if bleeding will not comes suggest failure of abortion pill and still you are pregnant. In failure case you have to abort the bay by surgery as pill cause developmental defect in baby.
