Is Coughing With Nose Bleeding And Vomiting Normal?

so my 4 year old brother has been coughing for the last few days and we just got to the cash register and he started coughing really bad and his nose started bleeding and then after a few more minutes he threw up then just stopped, is this normal in any way

Hi,
I think your brother is prone for Hyper reactive Airway Disease. So whenever there is dust then he would have severe sneeze and this could damage the mucosal layer and cause a bleeding and then a heavy bout of cough. At a temporary note you can ask him to cover his nose and to a large extent avoid this from happening. But definitely get back to your doctor if this is happening for long now.
