Hello....
Your blood pressure is high. Persistently elevated blood pressure could cause headaches.
It would be helpful if you could tell me your age and whether you are already on blood pressure lowering drugs since this would help in initiating or modifying your treatment.
The medication you have mentioned is only for symptomatic relief of your headaches. It is imperative that the root cause i.e. your blood pressure is brought under control.
I would advise you to get evaluated from you local physician along with an ekg and relevant blood investigations.
Please also consult an ophthalmologist and get your eyes examined for hypertensive retinopathy and papilloedema.
The earlier you start treatment the sooner can your headaches be brought under control.
I hope this helps.
