General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Consumption of alcohol while taking Warfarin can increase the risk of bleeding due to reduced metabolism of Warfarin hence alcohol or alcohol containing beverages like red wine should be avoided.
Whereas alcohol consumption has no such harmful effects while taking Clexane or Actilyse. Hope this answers your query.
