Hi and thank you so much for this query I am so sorry to hear about this constipation. It is very unlikely that this constipation has been caused by the gall bladder removal. We often have difficulties with diarrhea and not constipation after this surgery. I will suggest that you take a look at your diet and drugs because these are the most common causes of constipation. Eat enough vegetables, fruits, drink much water, exercise often and increase your fiber intake to help relieve this. If the symptoms should persist, I will suggest that you get evaluated fully for this by your primary care physician. I hope this helps and provides some more information for you to act on.
