Is Conception Possible With Reference To This Abdominal Sonography Test Result?

I am 25 year old and married at the age of 21.I have irregular periods. At the age of 21 While scaning I came to know that multiple follicles seen in both ovaries in irregular manner.measures 24mm. It is pcod. I am trying to conceive from last 4 years . Now also periods irregular 4 to 7 days late only very month. Today did scan (abdomen sonography) now right ovary normal in size and shows a cystic lession measures 2.2 cm. Left overt shows a cystic lession measures 3cm. This cyst shows internal echoes. There is no free fluid in the pouch of Douglas. chocolate cyst. Am tensed Wil I get pregnant?? Wil that cyst grows . Shd do surgery? I lost hope. Wil homeopathy cure this?

Chocolate cysts on ovary are suggestive of ovarian endometrioma which cause infertility by altering the properties of oocytes. It's certainly known to cause infertility issues . Pcos itself is known to cause multiple cysts on ovary . Both types cysts affects the fertility . If proper treatment is taken then conception is possible . Cystic ablation , cystectomy , Gnrh treatments are possible which you should discuss further with your gynecologist.
I would recommend you to consult with your gynecologist and take proper treatment .
