Hello, i was recently told i might have mild PCOS. I had a pelvic ultrasound and my doctor told me kne ovary is showing polycystic symptoms but that the other ovary had strong follicles . I have never missed a period, just have had longer cycles. Around 34-35 days. I dont have other symptoms of PCOS and my dr prescribed clomid. Will I still be able to get pregnant? Is that what the clomid will help with? Thanks!
