Is Coffee Enema Causing Small Amount Of Light Red Blood With Globs Of Blood Separate From Stools While Expelling Concerning?
Hi, I have just performed a coffee enema and when expelling found a small amount of light red blood. After further investigation it was maybe two or three small globs of light red blood separate from the stools. Is this anything to be concerned with?

@ Have plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water,
butter milk , rice water.
@ Have more green leafy vegetables, cereals, curd, fruits with fibers.
@ Avoid straining at stool if more hard can use bulk forming laxative as
Isabghula husk.
@ Avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if any.
@ Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with leukwarm water for 10-15 min. 3
times a day ) helps a lot.
@ Consult surgeon if necessary for proctoscopic examination if needed.
