Is Clarinase Loratadine Recommended To Cure Cough And Sore Throat?

Hi, I had a bad cough for 2 weeks and a sore throat. They both have reduced due to a cough syrup and lozenges administered to me. However, I now have a constant running nose, pain on almost one half of my face, tooth aches and today discovered traces of blood in my mucus. Clarinase loratadine and pseuodoephedrine has been given to me and I would like to inquire if this is the best way to treat it

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Hi and thank you so much for this query. Your symptoms might now are suggestive of a possible sinusitis. I am afraid treatment just with these without any antibiotics would be the best way to go. However, I will maintain that you stick to this and if no remarkable change is observed within 5days, I will suggest that you get antibiotics added to this treatment plan. This might have been adequate if this were the very early stages of this disease.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
