Is Chronic Constipation Due To Icecreams?
Can i eat ice cream while recently constipated, i have been constipated for a few days, and went to the ER and they gave me a weird oily tasting laxative and some magnesium citrate.. I have had some bowel movement but mostly just small slimy pieces. But would i get more constipated if i ate ice cream?

I really appreciate your concern, with the history of constipation you can eat the ice cream and anything you like but care need to be taken for eating more fiber diet and drinking more water else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
