Is Cefolac & Domstal Safe Drugs For Cold In Infants?

Hi, My baby is one month old. yesterday she vomited out the milk twice. she is also having little cold problem, doctor suggested her to give domstal drops(4 drops twice a day and ) cefolac oral suspension (8 drops per day). Is this right remedy for her as she is only one month old

Domstal drops may be given for vomitting in baby , dose depends on weight.
For cold you can use saline nasal drops along with some anticold drops like sinarest-AF.
Cefolac (cefixime) does not look good for cold.
If there is any fever or infection of respiratory tract cefpodoxime or amoxycillin will be better choice.
