Is Bruise On The Chin Is Of Concern?
My 3 year old son fell at play school today and hit his chin and a tooth went in the inside of his lip, he now has a big round blue bruise on chin, another parent has asked if I have had him checked out I m not sure if I should of, play school said he just fell, my son said he fell onto the toilet
