Is Brownish Discharge A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor Last month me and my bf had sex but he didn't ejaculate his penis into my vagina. A day before yesterday I had a little bleeding and also I am expecting my periods in 2-3 days. Also the day we had sex was the day after my period ended. I am having a little brownish secretion as well. I am scared if M pregnant. Could you please tell me if its a sign of pregnancy or not?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
I feel your brown discharge before menses is not a sign of pregnancy because-
According to you you had sex was immediately after your period ended, also he did not ejaculate inside you & also that being in safe period, you don't have chance of pregnancy.
- Some times there is scanty bleeding before menses starts.
- other possibility of cervical irossion needs to be excluded by internal examination,
-Doubt can be cleared by blood HCG testing at Lab.
Thanks
