Is Brown To Pink Discharge, cramping And Nausea Sign Of Pregnancy?

confused
I started my period one day late (im always on time) and it was light for about 3 days and one day was slightly heavier. then I spotted a brownish pinkish color for three or four days. along with that I had the stomach virus or at least I think it was. along with cramping and headaches, fatigue, nausea, constipation, slight diarrhea, burping, and gas. my doctor told me to take a test but it was negative. if I was pregnant it would have been too early. it was either on Nov 5 or Nov 12 that it would have happened and my cycle was Nov 26 - 30. should I wait some more or go ahead and test again or just go to the Dr.

Welcome
Pregnancy occurs if you had sex during your fertile period.
If there is overdue ,then there is chances of pregnancy.
All symptomps are nonspecific to pregnancy so dont rely on them. only urine test or sonography can confirm diagnosis. do repeat urine test after one week. if it is negative then, it was normal period.
So dont worry.
thanks
