Is Brown Discharge,fatigue,back Pain And Nausea Sign Of Pregnancy?

I recently had intercourse and about two weeks later I had brown discharge. I am on the pill but missed one. I have had some symptoms such as fatigue, back ache and nausea.. could I be pregnant? I am 35 and its been ten years since I was last pregnant.

these r not sure signs of pregnancy. but u missed 1 pill(don't know which pill on what day of cycle) so,
get pregnancy test done and ultrasound. and be relaxed.
