Is Brown Discharge And Mild Cramps During Pregnancy Indicative Of A Miscarriage?

I am 6 weeks pregnant I have had brown discharge for the last 3 days I went to the hospital they did a u/s babies heartbeat was 115 which they said was healthy my cervix is closed. I have very mild cramping. My dr completely dismissed me and said the baby has a healthy heartbeat and in the uterus so I shouldn t be worried. I just had a missed miscarriage in may. Should I be worried?

Hi, I think you should take strict bed rest and also you can take some progesterone oral as well as injectable. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
