Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
There are no pills or oils available which can enlarge your breast size. The only answer is breast augmentation surgery which is quite safe procedure. Physiologically your breast will enlarge automatically during pregnancy and lactation.

My wife is 27 years old and we are having 3 children.
she wants to enlarge her breast with the help of some medicines or any ointment.
After her delivery until she feeds milk to the baby, her breast remains good. But as soon as she stops feeding milk, her breast again becomes small.
hence please advise us the best possible way to enlarge her breast.
