I wake up with terrible headaches most mornings, neck pain, chest pain and shoulder pain, I have had breast cancer, so I'm wondering if I might have a brain Tumor? Thankyou so much for your help, I am so weak and tired too.I guess I won't get an answer as I don 't have any money right now due to all my time off work So sorry.

hi madam. headache is the most common symptoms among brain tumor patients. this headache increases on bending forwards, may be associated with giddiness. but chest pain and shoulder pain are unlikely. pain in multiple areas indicates towards some other pathology like muscular pain or cervical spine related disorders. there are many other causes of headache also, other than brain tumor. so do't hesitate in taking pain killers. medicines are meant to heal pain. if u are really tense about this, a CT scan or MRI of brain will solve ur problem. Contrast MRI will be better for u.
