Hello, First of all congratulation for your pregnancy. During 1st trimester mainly, you will have nausea, vomiting and dizziness. Body tiredness may be due to less hemoglobin, so i would advise you to check your CBC and urine routine microbiology. Urine does not stink that smelly during pregnancy, but sometimes nose sensitivity is increased so much that normal urine looks stinky. If white vaginal discharge is there, then you need to take medication intra vaginally to prevent spread of infection. Weight loss can occur due to excessive vomiting and you need not to worry about it,because you will regain weight very soon. In the end, please examine your blood for CBC and examine your urine for routine and microbiology.
