Your
Kidney tests are showing mildly elevated levels suggestive of Kidney damage . I don't think it is due to consuming excess nuts .
In my opinion your kidney damage is due to your
Diabetes. You have not mentioned about your
HBA1c levels . This test will give us an idea of your last 3 months average sugar levels. Kindly let me know that . If not done get it done and revert back with reports.
A much tighter control of your blood sugars ( especially your fasting blood sugars ) will reduce the damage to your kidneys. Ask your doctor to increase your diabetic medication dosage.
Also get your Blood pressure checked and keep it under control.
Also get a test called Urine
Microalbumin and if it is elevated ask your doctor to start you on
ACE Inhibitor drugs . This will prevent further damage to your kidneys.
