Is Blood In Stools Suggestive Of Hemorrhoids?

I recently been pooping blood its now an recent event that happens now it didnt before but ever since i sqeeze it out it hurt a little at first but felt good once it was over with my mom says its hemorrhoids but i dont know and wanna make sure. I also noticed that ive been having headaches and vomiting, today i ate a chicken patty thats fully cooked , store bought in freezer section and i threw it up right after i ate. I drink coffee and it seems to be throwing up that but what does it have to deal with my poop problem and headaches...Please help thanks

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to gastroenteritis, dysentery, haemorrhoids.
Consult the general surgeon and get examined and undergo stool tests.
Take following advises:
Tablet domperidone
Tablet Norflox-TZ
Capsule lactobacillus, drink plenty of water
Other treatment will depend on the test result and examination
