Is Bleeding From Placenta Normal During Pregnancy?

i am 14 weeks pregnant and i have been bleeding for about 2 weeks from my placenta covering my uterus. I had an ultra sound and the baby is perfectly fine. However, the doctor said i will bleed for about another month an a half. I also am peeing out some of my placenta, is this normal

No bleeding or any fluid coming out of uterus during pregnancy is normal. Specially if it has been continuing for last 2 weeks, it can be dangerous for your as well as baby's health. Kindly see a obstetrician at the earliest.
