Is Bleeding During Pregnancy A Symptom Of Miscarriage?
i am six weeks pregnant, went for scan yesterday, they had to do an internal scan. Saw the pregnancy and the sac and also said i had a fibroid at the back of the uterus. I had slight bleeding before the internal scan, then an hour or so after the bleeding has got heavier. With some clots, it only seems to come out when i go to the loo. Should i assume i am miscarrying, i had a miscarriage back in march and also have had an ectopic before hence the early scan.

As you are bleeding with some clots also, miscarriage should be ruled out. I would advice you to do a repeat scan and confirm whether the pregnancy is still present or got aborted.
If. It is intact, you need to take progesterone support as tablets or suppositories for better outcome of pregnancy.
